Rare collection of Pack Leader electric guitars, investment opportunity.
It has taken me many years to gather this collection of Pack Leader guitars. They were all made in 1977, designed by Terry Pack and made by Roger Bucknall. In total, 67 guitars were made, 27 walnut models and 40 rosewood models. Each one was hand carved by Roger and had a unique 'through truss rod' feature. They were fitted with Di Marzio pick ups, PAF's in the neck position and super distortions in the bridge position, with a 24 fret super wide-thin neck profile, ebony fingerboard with sterling silver and abalone inlays, there was a choice of stop tailpiece ABR bridge or Badass combined bridge/tailpiece. Larry Di Marzio, who supplied all the pick ups loved the design and build of the guitars and he featured it on his 1978 pick up catalog, this actual guitar is one of the collection. Original users include Martin Barre and John Miles. This is an opportunity to own a unique collection at a 'not too crazy' outlay.
