Q- Do you buy or trade Guitars?

A-  We buy and trade for all well known brands of Guitars in good condition, simply get in touch.

Q- Do you source Guitars?

A-  If by any chance we do not have what you are looking for, if you wanted a particular brand or requirement such as a Left Handed Acoustic Guitar, we can of course source them for you at short notice and a great price. Simply give us a call.

Q- Are all of the Guitar Cases New?

A-  Not all of the Guitars cases are new. We have some high quality used items, all details of which will be stated on the product description page. Please feel free to get in contact regarding any particular used item you are interested in.

Q- If I place an order when will I receive my item?

A-  We try to get the item shipped within 48 hours of payment, not counting weekends and Bank holidays.  Delivery status would be dependent on option selected. We do have a Next day option.

Q- If for any reason I am not happy with my purchased product, can I return it?

A-  Yes of course you can- We operate a 7 day returns policy, allowing UK and EU customers to return the item within 7 days from the receipt of the same for a refund. Please notify us within 48hrs of delivery. The cost and safe return of the item is the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be processed within fourteen days of return.

Q- Do you have a shop?

A-  We have a warehouse/showroom where you can come and browse around and choose from a large stock of items.

Q- What kind of payment do you accept?

A-  We accept credit/debit cards, Paypal, BACS and cash.

Q-  What are your opening hours?

A-  We are open most days between 10-00am -1.00pm and 2.00pm – 6.00pm but please  call 07970 111404 before setting off.

Q- Do you supply the trade, I have a shop?

A-  Yes we do supply the trade with Terry Pack guitars and TP cases, terms are P/I.

Q- Will you be getting any new products?

A-  Yes, we are continually sourcing new products, we will be introducing a new Terry Pack model to our guitar range and we will be getting a new pick-up range for acoustic and electric guitars.

Q- Do you ever have any ‘special sales’?

A-  As a matter of fact we have several instruments in stock at present that have been demonstrator guitars with hardly any signs of having been played.
