The J-100 Xtra engineering is also inspired by the classic SJ-100 that was a favorite of artists in the 1930s. These models are designed with larger bodies to produce a greater range of sound. Niche Guitars generally uses Despatch Bay as its' main shipper, Yodel and Parcelforce for UK deliveries and DHL for overseas deliveries. We try to get the item shipped within 48 hours of payment, not counting weekends and Bank holidays.  

Under the conditions outlined in the Distance Selling Regulations, Niche Guitars operates a 7 day returns policy, which allows UK and EU customers to return the item  within 7 days from the receipt of the same for a refund. If you wish to return the item please notify us within 48hrs of delivery.

We request the item is returned undamaged and in its original saleable condition complete with packaging. The seller reserves the right to refuse to refund or take compensatory action against the consumer for breach of their statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods during this period.

The cost and safe return of the item is the responsibility of the consumer. We recommend the item is securely packed, insured and returned by a reputable courier. Refunds will be processed within fourteen days of return.
